Our Business Resource Center at 52 Church Street, Paterson offers employers

  • Customized training programs designed specifically to meet the workforce needs of eligible organizations
  • Business planning and development available through our partner, the Small Business Development Center
  • Labor Market Information to help you make informed human resource decisions
  • On the Job Training programs with possible tax credits for eligible participants
  • Downsizing and Layoff Assistance to help retrain and re-employ your laid off workers
  • Facilities for interviews and meetings with access to computers, fax machines and phones.

One Stop Career Center representatives are available to meet with employers at the Business Resource Center, at your facility, or by telephone. Most services are available free of charge.
